Parking lot of Northgate Mall.
If you Google search for Sears in San Rafael, that will take you to the South side of the North gate mall. It's moved for today only due to the main county Fair that's at the Civic center fair grounds.
At the east side at north gate mall. Just in front at the movie teater.
