Just wanted to share a bad experience with Home Depot San Rafael. On June 13, we paid the fee to measure blinds. It's been Aug. 5 and we have not heard from these vendors of Home Depot. I called 3 times and they just keep saying that they will call us for a schedule and 3 days past still no one has contacted us. On my 3rd call, this LADY from the Blinds gave me their vendor's phone number to follow up and when I call its all recording. In the 1st place, why this LADY FROM BLINDS DEPT will ask a customer to follow up HOME DEPOT's vendor. It's Home Depot's vendor and they should be the one to be responsible. This LADY keeps on telling me to call their vendor and she hangs up on me. HOME DEPOT SHOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILTY FOR THEIR VENDORS. This LADY FROM BLINDS SECTION doesn't know her work at all.

It's amazing how the big corporations don't give a**** about their service. As many times before we called to check on an item since this was the third time we were coming to the store for the same item and no body answers the phone. They place you on a hold and if you want to leave it on, you will wait forever 30, 40, 50 min... The corporation doesn't seem to have any accountability about this. If you don't have enough staff, don't state in your website to call. I miss the smaller places that are gone now because big people bought them out. :(

This home depot misdelivered wrong items from an online order. I paid for the delivery service. I have been calling them for 2 weeks, day, afternoon, and evening. No one ever picks up. This is not how you conduct business and I know they are not to busy to pick up a phone call from a customer. Will reconsider paying for their home delivery service again.

I've ordered kitchen cabinets, backsplash and countertops at San Rafael Home Depot location on 12/12/20, which is more than 7 month ago to this date! The kitchen cabinets arrived and were installed by the end of February and the backsplash still not installed! The quartz countertops were installed with such a terrible quality that it ruined all the remodel! Look at the gaps on the pics attached. On top of it the installers damaged and left deep scratches on our brand new marble floors! After multiple attempts to mitigate this issues with the company installer and the Home Depot representatives I had no response or any resolution. Giving the Home Depot a few more days to respond and will have to involve my attorneys if no issues resolved. Very, very disappointed with their service!!

They have a large assortment of car and truck batteries at a really decent price. Most of them come with a 3-year warranty.
That is exactly how I feel as well. Sometimes what I need they're out of stock and I have to go to the nearest Ace Hardware. Their associate are not helpful
Home Depot is a building supply and home goods warehouse store, for example if you needed to purchase concrete for your patio they would have it for sale. They do provide installation service for some of their products, like windows and flooring, but I don't know if they have cleaning services for things like concrete patios. You would have to call and ask.

Yes. I have seen them in there but it may be seasonal.
No, they do not. OSH used to carry a large selection of Sch80 PVC, but virtually none now. You'll need to go to Pace Plumbing Supply or Ewing Irrigation for a large selection.
You will need to contact the manufacturer of the faucet. Or hire a plumber.
