When you have a pet put down and cremated do you get to take the remains home for burial

If you must euthanize your pet and you would like to have your pet cremated and taken home, Haven Humane Society can do the procedure and you will make arrangements with Sleep Hollow Pet Cemetery to pick up your pet at Haven Humane Society for a private cremation at Sleepy Hollow. You can then pick up the ashes at Sleepy Hollow and take them home. An alternative is to bring your pet to Haven Humane for euthanasia and take the remains home for burial without cremation. After euthanasia we place your pet in a waterproof burial bag and return your pet to you. The cost is $50 for the euthanasia and burial bag.
