In Shasta County, Redding, and Anderson it is $10 for a 1 year license if the dog is spayed/neutered and $22 if it is not.

It depends on whether you're dog is fixed or not. It can be as low as $12 and as high as $28 a year
The dog must be current on all shots including rabies or they won't let you get a license. You don't have to register your dog at Haven humane society you can do it at the vet also
As I recall I believe it's $50.
