I keep seeing 2 small puppies roaming around cold & hungry. Looks like they got dumped Can I bring them in if they aren't mine or will I have to be responsible for them if the place is full. I can't have them I just don't like seein them abandoned

Just take them down there.. they love puppies and won't turn them away. At least they'll get all their necessary shots and some food.
