I know someone who has been trying to get a hold of the Medford office to talk about SNAP benefits. This person that I’m referring to, has tried to call on multiple occasions to talk to an agent and has had NO luck yet. Any suggestions?

Honestly I would suggest they go into the office. Usually once there you can get all of your needs adressed. Either go early in the morning or an hour before they close while they are still taking new people.
