I cannot praise this attorney enough. In May, I was dragged into court and bullied, intimidated and just plain mistreated at a time when I should have been enjoying my newborn son. And then, a guardian angel came into my life and fought for my son and I. Ray Churba took on my case and made no lofty promises or assumptions on what the outcome of my case would be. He simply assured me he would accurately navigate the law and fight for my sons's best interests. He went out, guns blazing for us, and in the end, ensured the law was applied accurately and fairly, in an unfair battle that was started by a person of zero integrity. In the end, He won our case in what many would call a "home run." Nearly all of the opposing side's ridiculous rebuttals were dismissed, thanks to Ray's application of the law, and the judge agreed on all accounts. I'm eternally grateful for Ray. Without him, I likely would have been destroyed in court on my own. He's direct, intimidating in court (I was definitely grateful he was on my side when i saw him in action), and knows exactly what he's doing. he spent countless hours on my case and had my back the entire time. I walked into his office feeling scared, defeated and confused about the legal process. I walked out nearly 8 months later with my head held high, now knowing my rights and having a judgment that ensures my son's best interests are protected. Thank you Ray. You are amazing.

Ray Churba is a saint among men and truly an amazing lawyer. He helped me every step of the way and when things got complicated or tough is when his true colors shines bright. I would recommend him to anyone for any reason.

A friend of mine is disabled; he has trouble doing most normal things so he cannot work. As such he doesn't have any resources. His wife who helped care give for him, left him to be with another man. Then a year or more later she came back and said he had to move out of their old house because she was going to move into it with her new boyfriend and file for divorce. I suggested he go see the Non-profit lawyer downtown. He got to the point in their questionnaire where it asks about children, he honestly said none as they don’t have any. At that point the receptionist said they couldn't help him without children and walked away from the window. What they don’t know is the woman that he let move in to help care give for him has two daughters living at the house. They might not be his or part of his marriage but by turning him away without the lawyer even taking 15 min to review his situation they have endangered to little girls. This is the worst non-profit lawyer I have ever seen.

I dont think Judge Bloom cares. He makes fun of people. Mocks people and puts children with abusers. We have wondered, with his immaturity in court, how he must treat people at home. Like he sticks up for abusers because he is an abuser and is really defending himself.
I believe you can email or call and they should return your message.
I don't know what you're trying to ask me
The court system is a circus. A game. Yes they all seem to be buddy buddy. I think Ray is awesome.
You have to go there and apply
Go to Legal Service office downtown, fill out an application and pay $5 fee. Request Ray Churba, he's an amazing lawyer. If your approved it's a $150 to retain lawyer. Helped me get full custody of my 3 kids within a few months.
