The first time I went here I got a mailbox it was $90 for 3 months and can access it afterhours I was pleased with there service I did have a little issue with a employee but the next time I came in even though it was months later I said about two words to the employee helping me and Linda was helping another customer but heard me and knew exatly who I was addressed me by my name then when she was done with her current customer she wanted to hear about my experience as well as come to a resolution I was completely taken back by her attention to me and just overall AMAZING customer service Linda and UPS have guest service that's rarely seen these days I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a shipping store. I was just there I had two items. I asked for a more secure way to ship them. The girl was no help at all. Said what you see on the wall is all we have. Didn’t even offer me bubble wrap and a bigger box option or anything. Another customer tried to help me over her. She was on her phone and barely greeted me. No one I would ever have working for me at all. What a shame!

I won't be using this store any more since the new owners took over; they no longer offer receipts for dropped off packages. The former owner, I believe his name was Ryan, always gave me a shipping receipt. A receipt is just good business....

I see I'm not alone in getting rude service. I had 8 prepaid, labeled boxes to drop off, which I do regularly, mostly at a different store...never with any incident. All but one were light weight. That one was a large box 20-16-18", weighing 36 pounds. I was happy when I saw I was able to back up to the front door and checked to see that I could just push the door inward without needing another hand. The box was heavy and I thought it might be helpful to set it on an empty counter instead of the floor. Just as I was headed that way, an employee moved to that counter to fill out a small half sheet form. It appeared there was room to put my box up there without interfering with him. I put it on the corner and then scooted it slowly onto the counter. He didn't say anything so I went back out to my car to get other boxes. As I walked away he sarcastically said "thank you". When I came back in I found my box on the floor in front of the counter (I hope he didn't push it there as it had "fragile stickers" on it and contents would have gotten crushed. I asked if he was being sarcastic about his "thank you"? He said no. Then he angrily said, "You tried to put that box on my head". I protested I couldn't lift it that high if I wanted to. Then the other employee said, "I saw you try to put that on his head". (Seriously ridiculous discourse). Then the first employee said, you can take your box with you". I said "no thank you I needed to do business here". Then it was suggested I was having a bad day (as a means of intimidating me to think I was the problem). When it was my turn to get up to the counter, I was rudely asked what I wanted. It was obvious I was dropping off pre paid boxes. Their antics continued as my items were checked in. I asked them what their names were and they refused to tell me. The first employee said he was the owner. I said, "just a minute" (as I headed to my car to get my phone / camera. The first employee then said "you'll be trespassing if you come back". I went back in and took both their pictures. I left and immediately called the UPS store corporate office. They suggested never shopping there again and would call the regional manager. WOW! I sure hope my property is secure and they don't damage it. I've trusted UPS but that store has volatile people working in it. Maybe more appropriate to just nicely say, "please don't set that there. Over there would be better". I was trying to help by having it easier for staff to pick it up.
