My massage was minimal and the employee that gave me the massage or a t-shirt that seemed inappropriate for a business especially one that involved talking to people and being around people. I would not recommend that particular person however the business itself did fine.

I was looking for a new stylist and called to see if I could talk to the stylist because I had a few questions. I was told the stylist doesn't talk on the phone to clients, even potential NEW clients. She was busy at the time so I asked if she could call me back at her convenience. The answer was no. The only way to connect with her was over social media. Wow. What a way to treat a prospective new client. Naturally, I'm moving on to find someone else.

I went in about a month ago and I asked for a certain color and it didn't come out the way I wanted at all and after speaking with the stylist to fix it she wanted to charge me another $100 on top of the $220 I had already paid to do something to do something that wouldn't even fix it. I know another person who got their hair fixed with no cost so I guess some stylist just don't work with others fairly. I'm super unhappy with my hair and now I have to just wait for it to fade out I guess. I will NEVER go there again. The nice fancy setting will fool you the stylist aren't that good.

I had my hair cut and colored, my hairdresser Robert did a AWESOME job. If you need a new you like l did go to Gervais. Robert made me feel beautiful and l am going back to get my nails done. Enjoyed treating myself.
