The cider presses will be working, and guests will have samples of different apples and or cider
I'm not sure - they mentioned they were going to be making cider soon. I know from Sept 27 through Oct 6 or 7 they have a Sleepy Hollow recreation - they were setting-up lights and equipment last week. Supposed to be fabulous.
I'm going to say apple picking and making ciders. I am unable to be there. I would put it on your calendar. It is a wonderful experience if you're interested in the history and the weather will be cooler and hopefully get a glimpse of the foliage. Enjoy
