Unfortunately not directly. You could probably get a bus or train to Worcester and then get a rental car or uber to Sturbridge. We also found that one could take a bus from Portsmouth, NH, to Boston (transfer), to Sturbridge. You would still likely need to get a ride from the one bus stop in Sturbridge to the Village.

I don't think so unless you are doing it on a tour say thru AAA
