Michael, it's a Calif. State Preserve managed by the Nature Conservancy. It is strictly managed. For example, the public is only allowed to hike on Docent Guided hikes. Only several hikes are done in the spring and fall. NONE have occurred for the public during this Covid nightmare. There are also guided hunts thru Western Wildlife Adventures. A local cattle company also operates there. Great example of a multiple use management program. So, no fishing on this Preserve.
