I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Do not see Carini, Renee. I went in for a physical. A physical should involve the whole body. A place to talk about any health concerns or problems you have, health history etc. I feel like nothing was addressed, I was talked over and I left feeling empty handed and swept under the rug! I mentioned feeling depressed, yet no resources were offered for counseling but she was quick to prescribe meds! She wouldn't listen to any of my health concerns and I felt rushed. My visit lasted less than five minutes and she was pushing me out the door! I ended up in tears and called to make a complaint and was advised to contact Lisa, the supervisor. I left several messages with NO CALL BACK! I'm so disgusted by this practice. Do not go here!

Though they are usually able to schedule me for the same day or day after, I have waited over an hour for a telehealth appointment not once, but TWICE!! When I call to find out how long it will be they promptly connect me to the dr. Were they just going to have me waiting all day for a call? Also, one of the drs they currently have working there thinks the answer to every ailment is to eat more beans, lentils, and chic peas... If I wanted diet advice id call a nutritionist. I dont need a lecture on my diet at every appointment. Give it a rest.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! My M.D WAS Kelly Tracy and she was kind, listened to concerns and I didn't feel rushed. But she left!!!! BAD EXPERIENCES FOR FAMILY WITH NEWLY ASSIGNED STAFF . Will NOT be keeping them as my MD office!
