Very poor communication. After becoming aware of a billing problem last month, I had left a number of messages asking for someone to return my call. Now 2 weeks later, the only call I got was a reminder of my next appointment. she knew nothing of all my messages. Prior to all this, I got a surprise phone call from a one of their doctor for an appointment I knew nothing about & was unable to keep. I am highly dissatisfied.

You will always get a recording. You have to press what or why you are calling so you can be directed to the appropriate person to speak with
At 12:40 the nursing staff may have been still at lunch. The provider could have been running behind with seeing patients. Mostly this clinic is punctual, anything can happen at anytime.

Go back to the Dr that originally prescribed the medicine. Not to be nosey but is it a regular prescription or a narcotic or opiate substitute? If it is, the only thing you can do is go to Jeff care as a walk-in n try n see if you can get in before the 20th

Go there and ask to speak with a social worker and Express to them that you'd like a new psychiatrist and the reason that you feel you'd need a new one.

I would be guessing but possible teach different techniques as to self control, possibly address any underlying depression, PTSD or anxiety. Maybe healthy meal prepping. It's worth a shot to go check it out

Looking at the AA meeting list on Sober.com it says the meeting at JPHSA is at 6:30pm on Wednesday's. Hope that helps n good luck
