FIND ANOTHER DOCTORS OFFICE DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! The front desk staff here is unprofessional, rude, awful human beings. How they still have jobs is insane to me. I sit there for hours waiting on an appointment and see how people get treated it's insane. I will never go there again. I tell everyone I know not to go there. There was a DEA drug raid taking place at there In house pharmacy when I was leaving there one day. I saw Dr. Becnel and I liked him but their extremely unsanitary. I used the bathroom and there was no soap I asked for soap and was told there was none in the whole Building. to use the hand sanitizer because they don't have soap because people steal it. So staff and patients are using the restroom all day everyday and touching everything in the building and no one is washing their hands that's the most disgusting thing I've ever heard I feel like I need to take a bath now.

Worst place ever alwyas hours and hours to wait even with appoinment you will be there more than 3 hours this office employs young and childish staff always talking bad about clients no one is properly trained both nurses and aids have no clue what there doing always walking around asking clients what the doctor said this place is a huge joke the Dr. Just as worse always forget to call in meds never schudle refferals just a waste of space a scam for insurance nommetion

I’ve been coming to this place for YEARS ! Dr. Jackson is an amazing doctor ! She’s patient, kind and very neutering ! Her assistant who assist her is as well amazing ! The receptionist who answers the phone to book appointments these past two days ( an older woman from the voice) is VERY RUDE ! On both encounters I’ve had with her via phone ! 3 stars because of Dr.Jackson; would’ve been 1 just because of the rudeness of the receptionist !
