What is the best time to plant Holly-Hock bulbs? How do you know which end goes into the ground? Also, does Sweet Pea grow well in this area?

I really don't know. Whenever I have a gardening question I go to Bedford and ask the people there. They always are very helpful and are very knowledgeable about gardening, plants and even the soil conditions in this area. I would trust them over any of the big box stores garden centers.
