Went to MWH this past Saturday and immediately, Ben came to our aid. He was very informative with the different suits, styles, color matching for my husbands big work presentation. Very friendly and 10/10 recommend! The rental was very expensive for just one night but that’s my only complaint and not the employees fault lol

Ugh! Be aware. Went here to rent a tuxedo a few weeks back. The attendant who measured me up did a good job. When I went to pick up the tuxedo on the date they told me, it was not yet delivered so I had to return the following day. I returned and tried it on. All was great. Very satisfied with the fit and the quality. Upon returning the tux, I was told that I was going to be charged a late fee for an untimely return. I refused to pay the fee as I was never told the return date or that a late fee would be assessed if it was returned late. There was no explanation of any late fees on any paperwork either. Be aware of their non communications. Don’t allow them to take advantage of you due to their own internal mis handling. I would rent elsewhere in the future.

Best experience I have had at a Men’s Warehouse is this location. Staff are very attentive and were great at helping me find what I was looking for with my vague instructions. Solid pricing and quality and a good turnaround on alterations. Definitely recommend this location for suit needs in Augusta.

Took the plunge and ordered a couple of custom suits and they both turned out fantastic! Carlton was a tremendous help as he patiently helped me pick out fabrics and fits that matched my style. When the suits and shirts came in, he had a thoughtful selection of shirts, ties, jackets, pants, shoes, and socks to match my orders. Each pairing was meticulously presented, and Carlton took great care to remember my styling tendencies.
