They said they would show up between 8 and 5pm. Sent a text with an updated time of 1pm - 3:15 pm the morning of the service. Never showed up. When I checked their expected arrival time on their website at 5 pm it said they still had 3 stops ahead of me and would be arriving at 7:30 pm. I talked to the call center and they said they would have the tech call me immediately. No call received. Tech never showed.

Very professional and courteous, they arrived on time, actually he was waiting on me to get here since my job was 8 minutes away. Explained the part that installed, now have a new ice maker and inside my Fridge is much cooler. They even clean up when they are finish job.

If I could leave no stars I would. When you use a name like Sears, you expect some degree of professional service. Not so anymore it seems. Subcontracting out with a call center based in the Philippines. When you deliver parts and fail to honor installing the parts that were already paid for, it does not look good for you. We prepaid for parts and service, only to have multiple reschedules and countless excuses. When you call for an update only to get different stories as to why a tech is not even showing up, it should clue you in that they do not want your business. Bottom line, take your money elsewhere or you will be left with a broke appliance, a useless part, and a hole in your pocket. If you want to deal with incompetent people, by all means give them a ring. A sucker is born every minute.

A lot bigger and nicer than any Sears I've been in. Employees friendly. Well organized. Sale prices and clearances not marked so needed to pricecheck. Had good clearance on few things. If you buy online they do an exchange in store even if it's exact same item according to cashier.

The mall location is definitely closed. I was there a couple days ago removing some equipment and other groups were removing everything else.
I'm a customer who has service done on my dishwasher. Sorry
All online now
You should get hold of the store directly.
Consumers can use Sears' layaway year round for every shopping occasion. A down payment of $15 or 20 percent is required at the start of the contract; bi-weekly payments are then made for the length of the contract. The initiation fee on all new layaway contracts is just $5.
No not at the Augusta location
