Shipped FedEx. Said delivered but never actually showed up. I checked it the minute it said it was delivered. Will not order again unless they add another carrier. First time ordering and last time. Update: Yes, I found the crickets. Yes, I added 2 more stars because I found the crickets alive. I know you are partnered with FedEx. So I know you have to defend them. I have only ever had problems with FedEx and it is nearly impossible to got ahold of a local facility. At least Fluker's lets you chose the carrier you feel most comfortable with. I can hold you accountable for not having more than one shipping option though. I am sorry, but I do not want dead crickets and FedEx is always been unreliable. If other companies can do it, then so can you.

My order of 1000 small Dubia roaches arrived today and I am totally impressed with my order. First, the packaging was excellent. As far as policies that might affect customers or the general public, we require all local pickup customers to place their orders in advance & pay with credit card, and we put the orders in a designated area outside so that customers don't have to come inside our building to pick up their orders. (We are primarily a wholesale shipping company, so we don't have a lot of local pickup business anyway.)

Yes you can purchase locally. The first time i went there they asked if i could call ahead to let them know what I wanted so they could fill it before I arrived.
