I received a letter in the mail from Car Shield stating that I had not activated my vehicle service warranty. I want to know if this is a scam. I know Sullivan Brothers is and has promised to take care of my vehicle. Do you know them?

Call Shield isn't a scam I see it on TV but I would just go to Sullivan brothers and the they you can get a warranty day Or an extended service program. I never trust that stuff
