Great food! Fun time bowling and friendly service

Very disappointed. I understand places are short staffed and it requires patience and understanding. I appreciate being told they were short staffed and the kitchen was behind. The meal was fine. Our waiter was very nice. At the end we ordered the $6 sundae for two kids to share. It came out 1/2 the size of the image and with one spoon. It was also pretty much melted. I had to go to the bar to ask for another spoon as I figured it would be completely melted before the the waiter came back. The bartender was busy talking with friends and could hardly be bothered. Then when I asked for a spoon she went to a coffee mug filled with pens and grabbed a spoon out of it. Visibly dirty and what kind of place is that to keep utensils you are using to serve the public? I had to ask another waitress already overwhelmed for yet another spoon. Very unlikely to return. Unfortunately for the location the bartender ruined the entire experience.

Fun night with the family. Really like the food. Had a great black and blue burger. The apps were delicious, especially the steak and cheese egg rolls. We also scheduled bowling and there was some confusion. We had to pay the bill up front before we got the food so we could get our bowling lane that opened up before the time we had scheduled. Luckily everything else went smoothly.

I always give four stars as a general rule because there's always room for improvement. The reason for three stars and this instance is because of lack of help. This is not my first time to Pinz. Plenty of seating, good menu. Almost left because the wait was so long, but I'm glad we stayed. Fresh, and the drinks were good. . Once I get more staff, I'm sure the Kingston location will be rocking again. Good luck to them.
