Bought and ordered lights, a modern chandelier, which I was able to leave with a ceiling fan and down rod, which is on order. They had a 30% sale until May 1st. Before buying, of course I checked with my wife and reached a consensus on items.

We bought a lot of replacement fixtures and fans for our remodeled house.got what we feel is great pricing and great service. Richard was as good as they get . We had 2 issues, we had a broken glass and a defective fan switch. Went to the store , Richard said He would order the parts. Parts soon showed up. Fan switch was wrong, so I called the store ,left a detailed message. Never herd back after a few days,, So I contacted Customer Service via email. Received prompt answer that my part was on order, and they would follow up for delivery status and tracking. Received 2 more emails updating status from Corky, even received one when item shipped. Great customer service by Richard and Corky. The only issue is you can only get store credit , but they tell you that right up front. Lots of choices, good website ,great pricing.

Service extremely poor to nonexistent!!! First time I explained I had a vision problem. I informed the clerk what my needs were and what I was looking for. Only one of 3 items in stock. When I was asked to sign the receipt I asked what it said. The clerk quoted the order correctly however the receipt had the wrong item ordered! I was never quoted the store policy. I called first thing in the AM told them of the mistake, no problem they would correct it and have the wrong light picked up when it arrived. Long story short I ended up returning the wrong light and a ceiling fan dimensions were too big but not informed at time of purchase. This time a different clerk took the returns back I ordered a different light no in stock and purchased a new ceiling fan. I asked the clerk what about my refund. It was than that I found out the stores policy! He never even told me I would have a store credit and I was not given a receipt etc... Two days later I find out they can’t get the light! I contacted Corky McCormack in customer service he refused to credit my card. The return of the fan the box wasn’t opened! What good is a store credit for life when this store has going out of business sales? When I asked why my correct order hadn’t been placed “‘the clerk was given other projects and hadn't had time (a few weeks to get to my order)! Hope this saves you all the hassle and stress I’ve gone thru! Lesson don’t shop here! Save yourself the hassles

My relatives bought $3K worth of lights and they negotiated to including bulbs for all. When they opened the boxes there were no bulbs. No big deal figure it would just take a short trip to the store to resolve. Nope. Refused to honor their original quote and eventually sent them a bogus email from a fake lawyer saying they werent allowed in the store and cant use their credit. Look elsewhere if you need lights. They will be heading to Granite City in Plymouth after many solid reccomendations.
