Pat Thibault is the type of outstanding store employee you always hope, want and need to assist you in making those tough selections, especially when in need of more product information. I recently had one of those experiences. Fortunately for me, it was Pat Thibault whom I asked to help me find the same two summer blankets I had just viewed online...as I couldn't figure out which summer blanket would provide a thin covering without any additional heat...so I hoped to see/feel them for myself. However, only one of these blankets was in the store. Pat Thibault went well out of her way (as I had just interrupted her while she was busily attending to her own specific tasks...she dropped everything to assist me) to search for more product info to make a valid comparison, thus enabling me to an informed decision. Thus, this experience was the best!! Pat's willingness to go beyond expectations, expertise, rapport, kindness and incredible patience to provide me with the best possible service made my day!!! Thank you.

Macys Backstage is a life saver! Had to buy new clothes for a new job, none of my work clothes fit me anymore. I got $327.00 worth of clothes for $140.00!!!! No kidding! Thank you Macy's for making things that much easier & affordable for everyone. Love this place!

I brought my 7 year old to get her ears pierced here and it was a wonderful experience. They have two women who do piercing and they are so nice!! It cost $60 total to get 14 kg earrings. This Macy's is so well kept and the staff is great. I highly recommend. Plus the mall is a great place to spend a couple hours. And Macy's is right next to the food court.
