I am a regular customer of Billy Beez, I have never been treated this way before. First, they didn’t allow me to bring in my water although a lot of customers had their water bottles with them. Second, the manager was very rude and inappropriately talking to me (she was speaking to me and I could smell her breath from how close her face was to mine) because I didn’t want to buy socks since I am not playing, she forced me to buy socks for my two boys 11 & 14 yrs although they had socks on already. I asked to speak to someone else but she insisted that she was the only manager on duty. The most outrageous thing was when I saw people coming in when they had their regular socks “not the yellow billy beez” and their water bottles too. She threatened to bring the security to remove us from the premises if she sees us drinking from our water bottles and when we wanted to go grab water she said we can’t come back in. I am not sure if they had her as a manger because they can’t find people or they want to close down the business because I can guarantee that if she stays there for one more week she will have the place closed.

Not cleaned well, first time back since the pandemic and it has really gone down hill. The toddler side is disgusting— go to Carver, the indoor playground there is immaculate. I won’t be returning here.

Visited last Saturday with my best friend and our young sons. The boys seemed to really enjoy it. It's a cute place with a lot of stuff for the kids to do. Like another reviewer mentioned, it's nice that the slides and tunnels are large enough for adults since my son is too young I would not have allowed him to go off alone. Some of the slides were scary though (to me lol). The drop off feels so abrupt and you end up hurting your butt. The guy at the front desk was very nice and patient with us. The food was ... meh...kinda overpriced for what you get but all in all it wasn't that bad. I spent $11 for 2 slices of pizza , a small fry (which were cooked unevenly) and an ICEE. I did notice a lot of lint and dirt in some spots and I stepped in something wet (yuck). Since the kids liked it we will likely go back one of these days. It's something to do especially on a day when the weather isn't so great.

I have a 10yr old, 6yr old and 1yr old and I expected to pay an arm and a leg for the four of us to get in (based on the prices on the website) and it wasn’t too bad - I think there was a discount for my 1 yr old. Anyways, this is the largest play place I’ve found so far and all my kids LOVED it. On the ‘big kids’ side there was at LEAST 15 slides, and sooo much to explore. It’s parent friendly - if I didn’t have my 1yr old with me (or if my spouse could attend) I would totally be exploring/playing along with them. The toddler/baby side was fun as well. While their food menu is limited and a smidge pricey, it tasted great. I would totally come back for hours of entertainment. Or even for one of my kids bday parties. Great experience.

I believe they are officially shut down now with the newer stricter rules. Website has them temporarily closed. 🥺
But you have to pay for the adult to go in also $6.95 for the first adult $9.95 for the second
Just the child
