Bubble one need to be replaced. Also you will need alignment as well with that. Flat can be easily repaired as long as its a small patch.
Well you will new tires do to the bubble and about 10 to 20 on the another tire
They only fix a flat free if you have bought tires their and got Road hazard protection ! But they will fix your tire with bolt in it if its safe to do ! The bubble tire on the other hand, will have to get replaced! Good luck with your tires !
