I've had an account with USA since 2013. I was given a 4 yard dumpster and when I asked for a replacement for 2022, they delivered a 2 yarder and insist that's what I had all along. Like I'm some kind of idiot. For the most part their service is good and on time, but this.... I'm not happy with being told the dumpster is the same size when it is clearly much smaller.

The company gave us a 5 hour window. We were there at 7 am. come 12 noon no container, called at 12:15 operator calls dispatch can't get a hold of driver. suppose to call me back, no call back, called the person who wrote the confirmation letter he called dispatch and they said the driver was running behind now an hour. I was told he was on Raffia road and had to go back to east windsor then he will be heading to us, he said the container will be there in a half hour well and hour goes by and I call they said dispatches said another 45 mins.. They state in there confirmation letter communications is most important to have high standards no phone from anyone to say they were behind. so 5 hr window is now 7 1/2 hrs. and still not there

I spoke to Sharon Schultz from your organization today, my experience with your service representative was very pleasant. Sharon helped check on and provide a copy of an invoice I needed to match up to a delivery ticket. Sharon was polite and friendly on the phone, she placed me on hold to allow me to speak to the dispatch operator and when he was not available came back on the line to inform me and she continued to assist me. The result, I received quality service in about a 2-3 minute phone call and a follow up via email with the documentation I needed. I am most satisfied with the level of service I received and I've had similar experience in the past calling your organization and always have had a positive outcome from the helpful, friendly service that s provided by your staff.
