I cannot say enough about the fantastic service here. Chris was extremely pleasant and helpful. I should have started here instead of wasting my time at 3 other places, they were the only business that could find my special-order tire and get it the same day (flat on the way to work). I was able to get on back on the road within a few hours. Great business with a team of people who don’t stop moving. Highly recommended.

Little Dave went above and beyond to ensure an excellent customer experience! He not only was prompt and attentive, but he also took his time to show me all the different options available. He made sure to explain each one and the benefits they would provide me based off of I utilize my vehicle. When I went to the shop initially they did not have what I was looking for in stock so they were able to get my flat tire situated in a matter of minutes and ordered what I wanted for delivery the very next morning. I dropped my car off that next morning, before they opened, and as promised it was ready by noon. I purchased wheels and tires and couldn’t be more pleased with the price and the overall experience provided by Dave and the team . I most definitely recommend here and absolutely will come back for future tire needs.

Outstanding customer service. Last month I went to the Enfield CT location to buy a new set of tires for my Honda. Representative Chris most helpful and knowledgeable. He really listened to me and helped me to save money on my tire selection without sacrificing quality. Service was prompt and timely. However, after a couple weeks of driving on my new tires, I felt that they were not exactly what I wanted. One phone call to my Town Fair Tire and my needs were met again. Chris went out of his way to see what my concerns were and offered an immediate solution. Tire replacement was easily decided on and scheduled within the hour. Representative Doug was helpful as well. What a great business to have so close to home. I've been to this location four times in 3 years and have always been treated with respect. My business was appreciated and my happiness with their products and service was a priority. First class operation.
