When I finally spoke with an employee, I asked about the clinic that we are going to to get a rabies vaccine for our puppy. She claimed to transfer me to the manager and no transfer was made. Just static and no one ever said anything. Why?

Probably a problem with their phone. I call all the time. I would try again and let them know about the problem.
