I will be writing a letter to corporate about the horrible experience with this store. I hired them for a fence project back in April. The project manager quit the day after I signed the contract and everything went downhill from there. There were multiple delays with the materials coming in (4 months to be exact). The contractor came and only installed TWO GATES and nothing else. The contractor was then unresponsive for two weeks (not only to me but also to the store and installations support team) when I called to inquire on when they would be coming back to finish the fence. When the contractor finally came back I was told the order they received from Lowes was for two gates and that’s it. Christy the store manager, who was particularly rude, informed me that I was still on the hook for the money I paid in advance despite corporate and other managers at the store telling me I would be compensated for all the inconveniences. She stated that they would only cover additional material otherwise I just needed to cut ties with them on this project. I really don’t understand how $4300 only paid for two gates. There was no empathy from her whatsoever about this whole ordeal. I ended up canceling and still awaiting my refund.

This must be worst managed store/business I’ve had to do business with. Phoning is a waste of time, as one ends up in loop (happened 6 times today alone). Special ordered items have not arrived as promised or arrived broken. The store did not inform me nor did the online order system show anything. They just cancelled the order because they didn’t know how get a replacement ordered.
