Just left that place. Horrific environment. You can pretty much get a bed anytime but you may have to have a top bunk. The "overflow" sleeps downstairs. Good luck and be smart there. And tough.
I think you can do it, if you haven't been going there regularly. Once you know the rules... you know the rules. But please try it !!

The shelter is uncomfortable. The staff, are mean. The US police are called, for every argument. The shelter is dangerous, and the staff try to keep, that private. No photos, are permitted here.
