I would not recommend this apt. The elevators are never working. There are several disabled/elderly people here and I feel absolutely terrible when I see them unable to go up to their apartment. They end up calling the fire department. It also gets extremely hot here and the AC does not work. I talk to an old woman on my floor every day, as she likes to play with my dog, and she does not like it here. There are lots of gross neighbors who pee in the halls, and random non-residents who just walk around inside the buildings. It is not safe.

+1 to Nikki S' answer. Unless you find a unit on the 1st floor, I would not rent a unit here with mobility issues as the elevators are extraordinarily unreliable and poorly maintained by the management company. I've also seen elderly residents regularly unable to leave/enter their homes and it is really sad. I have no idea how Winn Properties has skirted the many legal issues on that front, or explained to the fire department why they need to be called so many times per month.

This place is full of roaches, the office staff never knows anything, the A/C doesn’t work and the elderly people always have to call the fire department to get in to their apartment cause the elevator never works. Not a safe place to live if you work late night schedule like me, there’s always some strange people in the garage building smoking.
