I just recommend this place if this is your unique option. The trash usally dont smell good, the elevator is ALWAYS on maintenance (there is about 6 months and just 1 for the entire building, so in the end of the day is always smelling urine!) The gym closes at 9 pm (non sense!!! Why is not open 24hours?) The cleaning in the snow is ok.

Lived there for several years. Joke of a management. Poor building maintenance, non-functioning elevators, repairs take months to years. The day I moved out of there, none of the elevators were working and the movers had to carry everything down the stairs. It cost me way more time, money and efforts. The management will find a reason not to return you the security deposit. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Hello I lived here for many I just made the transition from one building to another without the help of Ferduce in the leasing office it would have been impossible so if you're looking for a fun family place to live come to Mystic Place go in the leasing office and ask her for Ferduce

This place is horrible. Elevators have not been functioning for over a year. Pests and rodents issues in the building. Heating issues in the apartment all the time. Constant renovation work happening so you are not able to use the facilities. Packages are stolen all the time. Constant maintenance activities required for the apartments. The management is really dumb and does not have the basic sense to make decisions. Outrageous rent for a place that has a very low standard of living.
