Nice park! Some trees provide shade and there is water available. The pea gravel did hurt my pup’s paws and there was no sign of an issue until after. It wasn’t hot or anything it was just abrasive between paw pads and he was pretty sore and red. Cleaning the saw toe beans was tough because of all the dust stones like that kick up. He is a large breed 10mo old pup. We have returned since and it was fine, maybe he over did it that day. That said, be aware and don’t let your pup play too long if they are running hard. It took about a week for him to get back to normal.

Nice big gravel dog park but kind of a hike to get to. It’s a must that you have to get in your car to access this one. There’s a locked shed on site for supplies & maintenance.

Friendly dogs, but I have to give the park 1 star. The surface dogs don't like to run on is pebbles/rocks. It hurts their paws and none of the dogs run in this park because of it. The whole reason for an off-leash park is for dogs to run fast. Please replace with grass like the surroundings. Then it would be an easy 4 stars. Also, some people don't clean up after their dogs and don't wear masks. You'll notice everyone else avoids those people so most people there are good about cleanup and respect others safety.

We love coming here. Its really clean and a big place for our fur-baby Chaos to run and play. There is also a nice walking trail as well.
