The only reason I purchased tires from here is because of Anthony and his personality. I could of purchase elsewhere cheaper however the customer service here is awesome!!!

The only one up there with any pride for customer satisfaction is Mike. Ace acts like class is something his parents forgot to teach him. And he has no clue how to listen. If you are a woman Ace acts like you don't know what you are talking about. Took them almost a month to get my sensors right. Blamed it on Infiniti. I told Ace from jump that the TIRES had to be at 35lbs for Infiniti sensors to work right. He told me he does this everyday and they did not. Well after he told my husband I lied about some cheap ass lug nuts and sensors. I repeated myself weeks later in front of everyone and guess what. The TIRES have to be inflated at 35lbs. They done DAMAGE to my car taking wheels off. Ace and Kevin thinks it's funny. It's cool though. My neighbors security camera caught it all. Do yourself a favor. Call everyone in surrounding area and just mention RNR Clearwater and they will start llaughing and ask how they can fix their mess. I wish Mike would find a great place to work.
