I had a cut fuel line and they towed and fixed it within the same day, I recommend these guys anyday.

3-29-2021 walked into greg's after much research on the bars I wanted for my motorcycle.Spoke to Brian at the front who really was speaking with my husband and not me. I rode my own motorcycle to order these bars. Knew exactly what I wanted so I ordered he told me i had to pay 100% up front, I paid " not the husband" they were running a little behind but they would be done in about 3 weeks. So i paid and waited...3.5 weeks go by and not a word from the shop. I call and ask for a update and got a answer from Brian of WHAT has it been like 2 weeks. NO 3.5. oh... well they are running behind. This went on for about 2.5 more weeks. Finally after more phone calls the bars were done with fab and going to powder coat. that was a Thursday 5.5 weeks later. said should be done 1-5 days. Now Brian is calling me and communicating at least all with stories of .. the powder coat messed up and greg wouldnt accept them so we have to get them ready to go back out. Next call... powder coat guy didnt show up... Powder coat guy is having trouble with hiring people. Powder coat guy left a new guy there he did your bars they are not right. Finally 6.5 weeks into it greg has been texting the powder coat guy to find out where they are. on May 14th Brian tells me he had to go to spring hill to the powder coat guy to pick them up. So finally I have my bars is the powder coat perfect NO... but I installed them because I am not waiting on any longer on this product. I would suggest unless you have all the time in the world and you want to listen to every excuse someone could give you Except for a HEY im sorry DO not use Greg for any custom parts. almost 400$ and not even a you know what we messed up. I got there is alot of blame to go around here. The one thing I know the blame is not on ME the customer. I did my part when I paid up front! No call from greg himself. i got brian every single time blaming greg for this huge mess up. the bars are very cool.. but the hassle to spend my money at this shop. ridiculous! I do love my look on my bike! But not the trouble it took to get these bars!

I took my bike there to put on two handle bar risers very simple quick job. I was told I needed to order cables so instead of getting an estimate I trusted them when I got my bike back not only was it insanely expensive($1250) but my left turn signal was totally missing and gone my speedometer was no longer working as well. Neither was the rear tail lights .they told me I never had a left turn signal I said that's not correct because I have proof fortunately I took a before and after picture right in front of their store and not knowing what was about to happen I was more than willing to show it to them I had it on my phone then magically my left turn signal up here at their shop a few days later they placed it back on in the almost try to charge to put my own signal back on . I checked with other mechanics this is not a 6 hour labor job as I was told but more like an hour to two hours at most.unless you're real good friends of those people I recommend you don't go there because you are going to get ripped off I only went because it was close to my job lesson learned I hope if you're reading this you can use my lost money to your benefit there was never an apology from anyone there they seem to be working on much better bikes than mine which is all fine and dandy maybe they needed to work on the $6,000 jobs I don't know but basically I would never take my bike there again and I strongly recommend you don't either if you do you will be sorry.

Recently bought my first bike. Total noob. The bike was in decent shape, but needed some work. The folks at Greg's Custom Cycles were great throughout the time leading up to and during the time the bike was in the shop. Was easy to communicate with Greg through email and I was kept up to date on status of the bike. The prices charged were very fair. All in all, couldn't really ask for much more. Was a positive experience
