Four stars not necessarily because the size of the unit because the size is almost perfect for what we need and the review doesn't reflect this particular location because it is clean and well maintained as well as secure, but the pricing for here and not only here but other places as well it's pretty expensive given the sizes offered. Then again with the way rent is going up in the Tampa Bay area in early 2022, you might just find yourself living in one of these one day. One star missing only because like I said corporate makes it fairly expensive for small area.

Not bad for the price. Large size storage place. Staff is friendly. The only thing is they gate system always had issues with us and our pass code. I would literally type it in correctly 3-5 times and still wouldn't work. I would tell them about it and it was as if I was the one missing up while typing in the code. I would agree if I only typed it twice but I did every time and looking at what I was doing on the screen and still not working... hmmm the system was acting up. Maybe listen to your customers?!?!

From the moment I walked in to the office to my current move into the future, I have been nothing but overly happy and impressed with this facility. The manager Tammy was incredibly helpful to meet my needs and to give me a top quality storage unit. The units in the building are immaculately clean, safe, well lit, and great for my home and office storage needs. I highly recommend the StorQuest facility in Tarpon Springs on US Hwy 19 for anybody that has short or long term storage needs. Without reservation I give them my highest ranking and grading.
