I recently had a car hit the rear driver's side of my SUV. It went through their Geico Insurance, who chose to have the body repair work done here at Roberts Collision Center, Inc. I have to say that it was such a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in the door & were greeted by Tom. He was so personable...so friendly & helpful. His main aim was to deliver great service, which he certainly did. The entire process was smooth and our car was done within just a few days. The entire car looked amazing, with it all cleaned & waxed. Tom had originally said that they like to ensure their customers are completely happy & he certainly did achieve that & lived up to his promise over & above our expectations. This was such an amazing and smooth process. Geico had me go to this place to get my car fixed and get my rental (all in the same place). I received daily updates via text and the finished job was great. They even detail cleaned it. Ben with enterprise rentals was very nice as well as the young lady who assisted me that worked for the shop. Highly recommend
