Nope, as Michel said go early to test drive and bring your respective state licenses and cash if you win. It's a cash only thing. Though you could go as early as Thursday to look at "buy as is" cars.

Not at all just show up early on Sat so that you can overlook the lot and test drive the cars you like b4 they start bidding. It dosen't matter where your license is from
