Imagine a town hall that closes for them to clean, then reopens 2 hours later.... What are they cleaning in there, there are no chairs or tables?? You stand in line waiting for the teller to assist you.

I went into the clerk office last week and spoke to someone named Susan Wall. I am a firm believer of someone having a bad day, but she was extremely rude. She got be so frustrated that I asked to speak to someone else and she refused. She essentially told me that there isn't anyone else above her and that she reports to no one. She rushed me and I didn't get any of the things I needed to get done. I will not return to this place and will do everything I can to avoid it with someone like her working there. She should be embarrassed of her poor level of respect and customer service. There are plenty of people that need jobs right now in this town. And they could do a much better job than she does.

Staff are very friendly the couple times I had to go since moving here recently. No lines, I got right in. Plenty of parking. No complaints.

Went to Town Hall in regards to constructing an Inlaw addition, had lots of questions! They were very pleasant, friendly and informative.
