Today I had the pleasure of having a prenatal massage with Sonya. This was one of the best massages I have ever received. I'm currently 36 weeks pregnant and decided to book a massage as a way to relax and pamper myself before becoming a mom. Sonya was so accommodating and knowledgeable. She ensured my comfort and relaxation by providing bolsters to get me in the best position to truly let go and relax. She used sound healing bowls throughout the massage, which was truly transcending. Sonya also made me feel so comfortable and safe and the whole experience was fabulous. I left today's massage feeling blissful and like I was on cloud 9. On top of that- the whole salon staff was so kind and welcoming. I loved my pedicure with Sue. She was so lovely to talk to and helped me pick out a beautiful color for my toes. I can't wait to visit the spa again soon!

I have been going to Bien Soigne for years. In the last year, I have been able to schedule my appointments for men's haircuts with Sharleen. She is professional, friendly, and know her craft. I would highly recommend her and the salon for haircare and the SALT CAVE.
