Like Chris Saccardi said. Heard people were abusing the free parking, so now they've limited it to 3 hours + incremental hourly charges thereafter.
No longer free parking. They recently instituted a nominal fee of $1 for 3 hours, then prices go up from there. You have to use your credit card to get in. Also mall lot across the way is now 3 hour limit and only for that side of the mall. They are actively monitoring the parking.
Yes, there is. Depending on the time you go, it may be packed.
It's free for the first three hours then it's 1 or 2 bucks an hour until five hours and after that it gets expensive.
