After a string of setbacks, the two got together, assumed responsibility for the issue, and shown leadership. Because of their excellent service, I will return to the Somerville Home Depot.

A month ago (June 25) I order a list of material ($907) at this store and made a appointment to pick up the material July 5th. I rented a truck and when to the shop to pick up the material that I already paid. But they didn’t have the material. After that, nicely were made a deal about they delivery the material to me on July 7. Part of the material were delivered for another Home Depot store including but prt was missing. In my order were 10 boxes of tiles. They delivered only 4boxes and all the tiles in those boxes were broken. Since them I still trying to get my money back or the tiles for my construction and they keep playing with asking for more time while no one take responsibility about this problem. They have the worst costume service ever. Never saw a big store like that make SCAM

I love the fact that this particular Home Depot was open until 10:00pm. I needed a few iPhone charging cables and a wall block, so it was perfect to pick up because it was open past 9:00pm.

Employee Jack or James (can't quite remember)got me a descent discount. Everybody else was super helpful as well. All items were available. I just moved in to the area, and definitely will be back for more
