Yes, there are cut off times for most shelters. For St. Patrick's you will need to arrive at 3;00pm, Monday through Saturday. If you get a bed on Saturday, you automatically have a bed on Sunday. You have to leave the shelter at 7:30am everyday, except Sunday. On Sunday, you can stay in all day.
No actually they don't. In the past many years ago they did, but theres no way to fairly distribute. If you try to donate clothes they will turn you away. But there are other local places that could put them to use.
You have to stay in the emergency bed for seven days before you can get a work bed. But if you go and tell them you are working and your hours they may work with you.
