It is handicap friendly. There are ramps to the second floor and each area has plenty to do for someone who utilizes a wheelchair. The outside area though doesnt have much for someone in a wheelchair though.
I believe that it is. To got to the second floor there are no stairs its a ramp so you should be just fine.
Not that I seen. We went on a bus & all had to get dropped off on a narrow road.
