No. They will want to see the actual tickets. You should have them on email, if not go directly to the box office for help.
I would think that it would be however I do not know exactly their policy so I would definitely just call as soon as they open to verify that that would be enough is there a specific reason that you're having trouble downloading the tickets is it a computer problem on your end or is it a trouble with the site and it's not allowing you to do it like on any computer cuz if it's a site issue I would try to contact the company as well this morning but to kill two birds with one stone I would also check with Cabot Cinema as soon as they open and if they don't have an answer for you right away at least they would have some time to try to figure it out good luck on that situation sorry I couldn't be more help
