They do have zumba classes, aqua zumba and cardio kick boxing but weight loss is absolutely a personal achievement which includes exercise and healthy diet. What helps you lose weight is going to be different from what I do for it. Do try the Body Pump by Cheryl. It's an awesome way to stay fit and most importantly stay motivated
