What time Basketball count open for membership? Everytime when I try to use the court, it reserved for special program(extra charge $). Today 2/9/2020, I got there at 8:30am, I waited until 10:30pm. Every school break it reserved for half of day.

Whenever there is no school like a holiday or vacation, it's usually closed from 9am-2pm. Other days it's reserved for a special event and those times depend.
