Front desk person was didn’t greet us was rude and dismissive and very welcoming and condescending like we were bothering them Then the nurse was not pleasant at all was also not wearing her mask over her nose and was aggressive with my daughter and was annoyed that we were there and also didn’t really give us time to explain why we were there . Very rough with strep test then left room . Very unprofessional and made us uncomfortable. The Doctor we had was awesome friendly concerning and professional very kind and helpful. We come to this health express because of the prompt professional treatment but may not due to how we were treat by front staff Amy Johnson

On July 3rd around mid-day the wait was an hour and a half which when you’re sick feels really awful but I was able to wait in my car and they called me when it was my turn. They were quick and efficient once I was taken and everything went very smoothly from then on and I was impressed with the doctors credentials. When I left there was no one waiting. Apparently I had come at exactly the wrong time. I would use them again.

PA Chris was very friendly, fast, got us in & out. Chris put my child at ease & made him laugh. *However the person who brought us in the room rudely commented on my sons appearance, how he was anxiously shaking his leg, and fingernails. My child asked, “why did nurse was making fun of me?” Would have be five stars if now for the nasty person doing vitals. Who most definitely needs to work on their bedside manner & what is appropriate to say to a client/child.

I went to health express for a strep test. The waiting room was clean and inviting. I was seen basically right away. The technician and the doctor were both very pleasant and knowledgeable. In all the experience was very pleasant and I would go back again.
