Yes there is a citizens bank as well as an ATM.
There is a citizens Bank location inside the store, and a citizens Bank ATM in the store as well.

As the others have said, there is a Citizens Bank full service branch as well as an ATM. Keep in mind that if you are withdrawing from a non-Citizens account, the ATM (and likely your bank too) will charge a fee. If you need just a little quick cash and don't bank with Citizens, you're better off buying a bottle of water or a snack in store with your debit card and getting cash back.
