Yes it is a buffet. Is 20.99 for adults and 9.99 for kids. And yes you have to make a reservation, so you don't to wait on line.

I would play it safe and make a reservation, especially if it's a decent size party. I believe its $11 per person, and if it's a large enough party there is a 18% party charge. I'm sure their website has more info.
